What’s more punk than braving a wedding in the rain, skipping the ceremony all together, and then rocking out on stage at your favorite Brooklyn music venue?

In another edition of “weddings are what you make them,” our stars Kristina & Joe took a unique approach to their love celebration. Tender moments with family were cherished pre-party despite a sprinkling of rain, followed by a celeb-worthy dance party at Brooklyn’s beloved “Baby’s All Right.”

The couple had their rockstar moment backstage, doing their final touches in the green-room before arriving on stage to a massive round of applause. As the night continued, 2000s pop-punk anthems were scream-sung as colorful wigs flew across the room, landing on parents’ and friends’ heads alike.

Custom cookies featuring candids of the couple, emblazoned “#KROE4EVA” added a fun personal touch, while drinks flowed all night. Another NY one for the books, and another great reminder that: there are no rules.
