A rainy wedding means good luck!

Waking up on your wedding day to a torrential downpour might be most couple’s worst nightmare, but to Hannah & Jack, it was simply something to laugh about.

While en route in a trolley with guests, the couple impromptu switched the ceremony location from Prospect Park to the reception venue (a gorgeously decked out Strong Rope Brewery in Red Hook) and carried on. No harm no foul, right?

The night continued with more surprises including a stripped down version of “Latch” by Disclosure performed by the bride, and a visit from the Van Leeuwen ice cream truck at the end of the night. It was certainly one of the more memorable of the season, and if you’re wondering how they’ll weather any storms in the future…I’d say I think they’ll be fine.
