Christina and Sean - A little bit of everything in New York

June 23rd 2023

Find us somewhere in the city…

It didn’t matter where we were, Christina and Sean lit up New York City for their wedding. There was nothing stopping these two from nailing the vibe of every single outfit and location change.

At first, they kept it fresh and simple, starting their journey off with a City Hall Ceremony in Manhattan, and ending their night with an intimate dinner at the Wythe Hotel with family and close friends. The floor to ceiling windows gave an added wow factor to the already chic affair, alongside a display of spectacular flowers that joined them at the table.

For Day 2’s celebrations, they brought us back to the 80’s. This day packed both a fusion of traditions and cultures, and a variety of friends and family all into one big, kitchsy party hosted in the back room of Gottscheer Hall in Ridgewood. Complete with banquet tables, chandeliers, and wood paneling to match, the day felt as if it existed in a time capsule.

The final cherry was when they brought out a stunning 3-tier cake fit for a princess, and I recognized it immediately as a Bodega Cakes bake (there is a strong bond between a wedding photographer and her favorite local baker). All in all, I’d say these two nailed each and every assignment of the weekend.
